1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been successfully placed.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping destination and logistics provider.
Typical delivery estimates:

The shipping carrier used may vary depending on location, warehouse availability, and logistics conditions.
4. Order Tracking

Orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages.

Receiving multiple shipments does not indicate missing items.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Customs processing times may also cause delivery delays beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:

MindGrows is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is transferred to the carrier.
MindGrows is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs processing, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions.
However, our support team will assist customers in opening an investigation with the carrier when possible.
9. Delivery Confirmation
Orders are considered successfully delivered once the shipping carrier confirms delivery.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
