Return & Refund Policy – MindGrows

Thank you for shopping with MindGrows.
Due to the nature of the products offered on our platform and to maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and quality control, certain limitations apply to order cancellations, returns, and refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping process.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer support team.
Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method according to standard payment processing timelines.
2. Returns Eligibility
For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, products sold on MindGrows are not eligible for return once shipped, except in the following cases:

Incorrect product received due to merchant error
Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence of the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped:

Digital products once accessed or downloaded

Items marked as final sale

Items returned without prior authorization
This policy follows commonly accepted industry standards for online retail and digital products.
4. Partial Shipments
Orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or logistics.
If an item has not yet shipped, customers may request cancellation or refund for that specific item.
Once an item has been shipped, it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
Partial shipment does not constitute non-delivery of the full order.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Orders are considered successfully fulfilled once delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier.
MindGrows is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues. Our team will assist with carrier investigations when reasonably possible.
6. Incorrect Address or Refused Deliveries
Orders returned due to:

Delivery refusal

Failure to collect the shipment
may be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a merchant error.
8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact MindGrows customer support to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Chargebacks initiated for products that have already been shipped, delivered, or are non-returnable under this policy may be considered a violation of this agreement.
MindGrows reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation, including:

Customer communication records
to the issuing bank in response to payment disputes.
9. Agreement to Policy
By placing an order on mindgrows.com, the customer confirms that they:
